Who counted the pre-show match? They changed it from a 6 man tag to a regular tag team match so that should be thrown out.

Personally I think the match should be scored. It's not like anything about the match changed because of the leaving out of Woods and Rose. Neither the background, the stakes or the outcome changed one bit because of it. I picked New Day, and that was a wrong pick, but I still think that the few who picked Cesaro/Kidd deserves the points because they predicted the upset of the match, and it was the same outcome as if it had been a six man anyways.

The main difference for me is the change from an elimination style match. I could believe that New Day would lose a single fall match but I wouldn't believe they would be as totally buried as to have all 3 of their members pinned.

On the January 5 episode of Raw, Cesaro and Tyson Kidd attacked Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, which let Adam Rose to defeat Big E.[14] On the January 19, episode of Raw, Big E and Kofi defeated Cesaro and Kidd. Later in the night, it was announced that The New Day would face Cesaro, Kidd and Rose in a Six-man tag team elimination match on the Royal Rumble Kickoff Show.[12] On January 25, it was changed to a tag team match with Cesaro and Kidd accompanied by Rose versus Big E and Kingston with Woods due to Woods unable to compete.

Conye West returns in a big way. The Road to WrestleMania began at the Royal Rumble. Brock Lesnar retains the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Triple Threat match and Roman Reigns is able to eliminate 6 other superstars to win his first Royal Rumble match. Had the Kickoff Match counted, Toxic Diaster would be in first right now. However, the Kickoff 6-Man Elimination Match changed to a regular tag team match due to Xavier Woods's injury. With the change, the new MEM member and returning Conye West moves up into first. He wasn't able to score a perfect card, but he was able to predict that Dolph Ziggler would become entrant #30, and that gave him the points he needed to lead in first by just 6 points. Conye West also wins a random WWE DVD.
