PJ Black won the vacant KOTM Title when Jarrett vacated it. The title here was still vacant when it happened, so it didn't matter. During the string of tapings, PJ Black lost the title to Bobby Roode the next night (which aired on September 2nd during the tapings while registration was still open. Our title was still vacant, so it didn't matter.
